# Clubs & Events Notice

## 1. Moderator approval

Creation or publication of clubs and events may require CRW+ moderator approval. Approval does not mean CRW+ operates, sponsors, guarantees, insures, or endorses the organizer or event.

## 2. Organizer responsibility

The organizer is responsible for event logistics, route, venue, safety measures, permissions, participant requirements, changes, cancellations, and any separate fee it charges.

## 3. Informational prices only

A price displayed in CRW+ for an event is informational. CRW+ does not currently collect the event fee. Payment may be requested separately by the organizer or at the event location.

## 4. No responsibility for external payment disputes

Because CRW+ does not process the event transaction, CRW+ is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, cancellation compensation, or other disputes between a participant and organizer.

## 5. Safety

Users should independently assess whether an event is suitable for them and follow organizer instructions and local laws. Report suspicious, misleading, or unsafe events through CRW+'s reporting tools.
