Users can request deletion from the CRW+ account settings in a short confirmation flow. CRW+ may send an email confirmation as part of the deletion process. Users can also request deletion at https://crw-plus.com/delete-account.
Deletion is intended to remove the CRW+ account and data associated with it, including profile information, workout history stored by CRW+, published posts, created clubs, created events, and other account-linked content. If the account created a club or event, that club or event is removed rather than transferred to another owner.
Data stored only on your device may remain on that device until you remove it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app, depending on the operating system and feature behavior.
Residual copies may remain in technical backups for up to 7 days before permanent removal. CRW+ may retain narrowly limited records for longer only where required by law or strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance.
Deleting CRW+ data does not automatically delete data stored independently by Apple Health, Health Connect, Google, your mobile carrier, or other third parties. You may need to manage those records through the relevant service or device settings.
