# Reporting & Moderation Policy

## 1. What can be reported

Users may report accounts, profile photos, workouts, posts, clubs, events, or other supported content for reasons such as harassment, sexual or NSFW content, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, fraud, illegal content, privacy violations, unsafe conduct, or another rules violation.

## 2. Review

Reports may be reviewed by CRW+ moderators and may also be supported by automated tools. CRW+ may consider the reported content, surrounding context, prior violations, account behavior, user safety, and applicable law.

## 3. Moderator powers

Moderators may remove content, reject or remove profile photos, hide or remove workouts, remove posts, reject, suspend, or delete clubs and events, restrict features, warn users, temporarily suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or take other necessary protective measures.

## 4. Immediate action

CRW+ may take immediate action without prior notice where content or conduct presents a safety risk, appears illegal, threatens service integrity, or involves severe or repeated violations.

## 5. Reports are not emergency channels

The reporting system is not monitored as an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

## 6. Abuse of reporting tools

Submitting knowingly false, malicious, or coordinated reports may result in action against the reporting account.
