# SOS & Safety Disclaimer

## 1. What SOS does

When activated, the CRW+ SOS feature may prepare or trigger a pre-written SMS to a trusted contact chosen by the user. The message may include the user's current or last available location. Activating SOS may also stop the active workout.

## 2. Not an emergency service

CRW+ is not a police, ambulance, fire, rescue, medical-dispatch, or emergency-monitoring service. Activating SOS does not contact emergency authorities unless the user's own device or chosen recipient independently does so.

## 3. No delivery guarantee

SMS delivery and location availability depend on the device, permissions, GPS signal, mobile network, SMS service, battery, operating system, and other factors outside CRW+'s control. CRW+ cannot guarantee that a message is sent, delivered, read, or acted upon.

## 4. Emergency action

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.

## 5. Trusted contacts

Users are responsible for selecting an appropriate trusted contact and keeping that contact information current.
