These Terms of Service govern your use of CRW+. By creating an account or using CRW+, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CRW+. If your local law requires a higher age or parental/guardian consent, you must satisfy that requirement before using CRW+.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by CRW+'s own failure to protect the service. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for abusive purposes, or misuse another user's credentials.
You may use CRW+ only for lawful fitness, community, club, event, and social purposes. You may not use CRW+ to harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, impersonate, spam, distribute malware, promote illegal conduct, post hateful or sexually explicit content, or violate another person's rights.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to CRW+, you grant CRW+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and provide CRW+. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to temporary backup retention and legal obligations.
You control the visibility of supported workout content using the privacy controls provided by CRW+. Public content may be seen by other users. You should not publish routes, locations, or personal information that you do not want others to see.
Clubs and events may require CRW+ moderator approval. CRW+ may approve, reject, suspend, or remove a club or event for safety, policy, legal, or platform-integrity reasons.
CRW+ does not currently sell event tickets or collect event fees. Any event price displayed in CRW+ is informational only and may refer to an amount charged by the organizer separately or on site. CRW+ is not the merchant, payment recipient, contracting party, or guarantor for such a transaction and is not responsible for organizer refunds, cancellations, quality, safety, availability, or fulfillment.
CRW+ is a fitness tracking and community service, not a medical service. Workout metrics, calories, heart rate, GPS distance, pace, and similar measurements may be approximate or affected by device, sensor, signal, environment, permissions, or third-party platform limitations. CRW+ does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions.
The SOS feature is a convenience feature and not an emergency service. It may depend on device permissions, GPS, SMS capability, cellular service, battery, and network availability. CRW+ does not guarantee that an SOS message will be sent, received, or acted upon. Users should contact local emergency services directly when emergency assistance is required.
CRW+ may review reports and user content and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, reject or remove clubs and events, or take other reasonable action to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. CRW+ may use automated systems such as basic anti-NSFW detection, but automated moderation is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
Users may report content, profile photos, clubs, events, or accounts and may block other users where supported. Knowingly false, abusive, or coordinated reports may themselves violate these Terms.
You may delete your account through the in-app deletion flow or through the CRW+ deletion webpage. Account deletion removes associated CRW+ content including workouts, posts, clubs, and events, subject to the limited backup and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
CRW+ may introduce paid subscriptions in the future. Before paid subscriptions are launched, CRW+ will provide the applicable price, billing period, included features, cancellation rules, refund information, and any platform-specific payment terms. No paid-subscription terms in these Terms become effective until the relevant paid feature is offered to you.
CRW+ may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every workout record, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRW+ is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. CRW+ does not make warranties that the service will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for a particular fitness, health, event, or safety purpose. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRW+ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, missed events, organizer conduct, inaccurate fitness measurements, or failure of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other mandatory statutory liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence. Any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-dispute rules that apply to you remain unaffected.
CRW+ may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
